Systems for service businesses

The system your business never built

You run on spreadsheets, group texts, and what is in someone’s head. We design how the business should actually operate, then build the system that runs it.

Pay monthly, pay upfront, or pay per result.

What we do

Four doors in. Start at the one that matches your week

Every engagement starts with a call, and every price below is a starting point, not a quote.

Get your team using AI

Your team knows AI matters. Nobody knows where to start, and the tools change every month.

Decide what to do first

$250/hr
Learn it inside your own work

One-off sessions are billed hourly.

Install a system that works

The work gets done. It just takes a person to do every part of it, and that person is usually you.

Build the backbone

The thing that runs your business does not exist yet. Not a spreadsheet with more tabs. The system the whole operation runs on.

Custom builds start with paid discovery. You get a spec you own, whether or not we build it. We do not quote a build cold and we do not scope for free.

from $5,000paid discovery, roughly twenty hours of scoping
How it runs
Discovery, flat fee
Spec and a fixed quote
Build, half on signature and half on delivery
Handoff and training
60-day warranty, then a support plan

Discovery diagnoses what the system depends on. Anything else we find goes in an appendix as recommendations.

Keep it running

Live systems break when the world around them changes. Third-party tools move, your process shifts, content goes stale. Support plans cover monitoring, break-fixes, and small changes, per live system.

Pricing

Pay when it works

On systems that can count their own results, part of what you pay tracks the result. A conversation resolved without a human. A qualified lead. A booked meeting. A unit processed.

Available where the system meters itself. Not on advice, training, websites, or document builds, where the outcome is not ours to claim.

Pay monthly, pay upfront, or pay per result. We settle which on the call.

The guardrails
There is always a base fee
Never pure per-outcome. The system still has to be built and maintained.
The outcome is defined in writing
What counts as resolved, handled, or qualified is agreed before the first invoice.
The system meters itself
Metering is a build requirement, not a report written after the fact. You can audit the count.
Capped both ways
A monthly ceiling protects your budget. Usage above a stated cap passes through at cost.
Work

What we have put into production

Live

A university department

An assistant trained on their own documents, answering staff questions inside the chat tool they were already using. No new app to learn.

Trained on client documentsIn their chat tool
Live

A software platform

Paid discovery produced the spec. We built what the spec said and it runs in production today, on infrastructure the client owns.

Discovery to buildCustom software
In delivery

A metal fabricator

A system being built now against a spec the client owns. Details go up when it ships.

In build

Numbers go here when the systems report them. Metering is part of the build, so the count comes from the system and not from us.

Start with a call

Twenty minutes. You describe how the work actually gets done today. We tell you whether there is a system in it and what it would take.
